HT-SAAE Reached Cooperation with NavInfo to Power Domestic Automotive Electronic Chips

Recently, a formal strategic cooperation agreement was signed by and between HT-SAAE, the first listed company with the name of "aerospace" in China, and NavInfo. The two sides will give full play to their respective advantages and conduct in-depth cooperation in the field of domestic automotive electronic chips to jointly promote the development of China's automotive electronics.

According to the agreement, the two sides will give full play to their professional advantages in the fields of auto parts supply and automotive electronic chip technology, and actively carry out and promote in-depth cooperation in customer development, new product R & D and core replacement of domestic chips in the automotive market.

NavInfo will provide chip-level technical support and services for HT-SAAE, assist and participate in the R & D project of independent HT-SAAE products, jointly develop solutions for automotive electronics products based on the NavInfo chip platform, and carry out in-depth cooperation on key technical projects such as motor control algorithm, motor compressor control algorithm, high-voltage PTC control; HT-SAAE will also apply the automotive electronics application products provided by the NavInfo chip platform, to further enhance the influence and competitiveness of both sides in their respective fields, and jointly promote the innovative development of "Chinese chip".

Relying on the resources of the central enterprises, HT-SAAE, as an important platform for the industrialization of aerospace technology application in China, has formed three major industrial patterns: photovoltaic new energy, high-end auto parts and new material application after more than twenty years of development. It has completed the global industrial layout in the high-end auto parts field, and has become the leading international auto parts provider in China. In addition, its subsidiary - SDAAC Automotive Air-Conditioning Systems Co., Ltd., Shanghai has become one of the world's leading providers of automotive thermal systems.

In 2017, NavInfo formally completed the acquisition of the enterprise centering on automotive electronic chip design - AutoChips; at the end of 2018, the MCU (body control) chip of the car level of AutoChips realized the mass production of client sides, and became the first car level MCU with the working temperature ranging from -40℃-125℃ passing AEC-Q100 Grade 1 in China. The in-depth cooperation with HT-SAAE will drive AutoChips to be more powerful to rapidly expand the application of the automotive electronics MCU to a broader supply chain system of auto parts.
